Delivery
- UK mainland working day orders made before 1pm are typically dispatched on the same day. During busier periods dispatch may take up to two working days excluding delivery times. However, for the majority of our items you should be able to expect delivery within 48 hours.
- Orders are dispatched on working days only. We do not send out orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Equally, we are not available for contact on Saturdays and Sundays as we operate Mondays - Fridays 9am till 5pm only. Purchases made at the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Although we aim for next working day delivery on orders placed Mon-Fri before 1pm, please allow up to three working days for delivery.
- For UK mainland orders, delivery is free except for some of our largest and heaviest items. We will contact you if there are any additional charges associated with your delivery. In these instances, we will contact you first, before dispatching any goods.
- In some rare instances, we reserve the right to dispatch an order to a local collection point (e.g, your local Post Office). This may be due to several reasons including previous delivery issues within a specified geographic area or physical inaccessibility.
- Our UK prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and UK delivery costs. There are no additional charges associated with UK orders.
- For non-UK/overseas orders – Deliveries outside of the UK are charged additionally. The amount you pay to have your goods delivered outside of the UK will be displayed at checkout. All additional taxes and importation fees are the responsibility of the purchaser (VAT, import fees and any other hidden delivery costs). We do not collect VAT or any other taxes/fees on non-UK orders. In most cases you will be contacted by your local delivery company who will pay the tax and import duty on your behalf, to your county's customs authority. The delivery company will then bill you for the equivalent amount before delivering the item(s). Pease allow 3-17 days for deliveries outside of the UK. Tracking information will always be provided.
- For non-UK orders, the additional international carriage fees will be applied to your basket automatically upon check-out, depending on the item(s) ordered and your geographical location.
- To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, please ensure the details you have provided are correct, including a valid email address, mobile phone number and building number. Our system uses email messaging to send out order confirmations so failing to provide a valid email address will mean that we are unable to send you purchase confirmations and tracking information. If you have omitted to supply us with an email address at purchase, please get in touch with us and we can make the necessary amendment.
