We would just like to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful customers for supporting us through another tough year (these seem to be mounting up lately!). Supplying high quality goods, at the right price, is our way of doing our very best for our customers, providing goods you can rely on. 

We are now closed for the Christmas holidays and we will re-open on the 2nd January, at which point normal order sending will resume. As you may know, we offer an extended returns period for all items purchased in December. This offer extends to the end of January 2026. Please note, this only applies to goods that are unused and in a saleable condition. Again, please note, non-warranty returns are assessed on a case by case basis and are carried out at our discretion.

Hello all and thank you for your interest in Redback Boots. We are the official UK distributors for this excellent Australian-made line of boots.

We are well aware that Christmas, although a time of happiness and sharing, can on occasion also be a little stressful! To alleviate some of the seasonal pressures, we offer an extended returns period for all purchases made in December. Normally you have a statutory two weeks but we extend this timeframe up until the end January. For a no quibble refund, please return the ordered products back to us using a tracked delivery service, we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is available from any post office.

The items must be returned to us in mint, unworn condition with all labels still attached. Please include a note inside the return parcel specifying what you would like us to do i.e. cancel and refund, exchange for another style or size or even if you would like something else completely different. 

We hope this gives you a little comfort at potentially stressful time of the year.
