Hello all and thank you for your interest in Redback Boots. We are the official UK distributors for this excellent Australian-made line of boots.

We are well aware that Christmas, although a time of happiness and sharing, can on occasion also be a little stressful! To alleviate some of the seasonal pressures, we offer an extended returns period for all purchases made in December. Normally you have a statutory two weeks but we extend this timeframe up until the end January. For a no quibble refund, please return the ordered products back to us using a tracked delivery service, we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is available from any post office.

The items must be returned to us in mint, unworn condition with all labels still attached. Please include a note inside the return parcel specifying what you would like us to do i.e. cancel and refund, exchange for another style or size or even if you would like something else completely different. 

We hope this gives you a little comfort at potentially stressful time of the year.
